The Multiversity, established in 1973-74 by His Divine Grace Akhandamandaleswar Sri Srimat Swami Swarupananda Paramhansa Dev, is a registered society. The Multiversity basically is a unique educational institute dedicated for uplifting the socio-economic conditions of people in rural areas. Located in Pupunki, a remote village in Jharkhand, it was founded on the principles of character building, morality and self-reliance. The Multiversity provides free education and offers hostel facilities at minimal cost to the students from neighboring villages and other parts of the state of Jharkhand as well as other nearby states.
