Brahmacharini Sri Sri Sadhana Devi was a devoted disciple and the most trusted companion of Sri Sri Babamoni. Born to the most respected Dr. Nagesh Brahmachary and the most revered Smt. Kadambini Devi, she became a disciple at the tender age of six and went on to play a pivotal role in spreading Sri Sri Babamoni's teachings. She was known to be one of the arms of Sri Sri Babamoni and also considered to be a strong pillar of the Akhanda Sangha. She was the main motivation behind creation of the Ayachak Ashrama. Without her, the Ayachak Ashrama would not have come into existence and hence she is adorably known as “Ashram-Mata”.

Leading the Character Building Movement: She spearheaded the Morality Campaigns started by Sri Sri Babamoni in the year of 1914 inspiring countless individuals to adopt a path of righteousness.
Empowering Women: Through ‘Nari Mangal Shilpa Mandir’ she empowered women, including young widows to become self-reliant and find purpose in life.
Editor-in-Chief: She led the publication of ‘Pratidhwani’, a popular monthly magazine published from the Ayachak Ashrama, Varanasi.
Freedom Fighter: Brahmacharini Sri Sri Sadhana Devi was a courageous fighter for India's freedom movement and a gifted orator, writer and social reformer.
Legacy:
Her selfless service and dedication to Sri Sri Babamoni's cause have left an indelible mark on humanity. As the Eternal President of ‘Nikhil Bharat Akhanda Mandali’, the Chairman of the ‘Ayachak Ashrama’ and the founder member of ‘The Multiversity’, she inspired countless devotees. Her passing away on May 26, 1993 was a great loss to the nation, but her legacy continues to inspire generations.
