Sri Sri Snehamoy Brahmachary: A Life of Selfless Service

Popularly known as Bhaida

Sri Sri Snehamoy Brahmachary, affectionately known as “Bhaida” was a devoted companion of Sri Sri Babamoni since childhood. He dedicated his life to serving humanity through the Ayachak Ashrama, sacrificing his own needs and desires for the greater good.

A Life of Struggle and Service
Bhaida endured immense hardship, often going without food or water, as he worked tirelessly alongside Sri Sri Babamoni and Sri Sri Ashram-Mata. His contributions to the Ashrama were invaluable, particularly in the fields of medicine and printing. He was a true saint, who bore earthly pains with patience and dedication.

Legacy
Bhaida's selfless service and devotion to Sri Sri Babamoni earned him great respect from the Akhanda, who revered him for his kindness and dedication. Even Sri Sri Babamoni regarded Bhaida as a ‘nishkam, nihswarth mahapurush’. He left for his heavenly abode on January 23, 2007; but his legacy lives on through the countless lives he touched at the Ayachak Ashrama.
